Accessibility and Transparency

We recognise the physical limitations of our main office space at 1170 Bute Street. Our Generations office at 610 – 1033 Davie Street is accessible. We are hopeful that we will acquire fully accessible program space for the use of all QMUNITY programs in the next couple of years. In the meantime it is important for us to be transparent about the physical limitations of our facility.

To that end accessibility activist and access auditor extraordinaire, romham padraig gallacher, conducted an accessibility audit for us. The results of the audit can be found by clicking on the link below. The staff and Board of Directors of QMUNITY thank romham for the hours of work they put into this project. We pledge to work towards achieving greater accessibility in accordance with romham’s suggestions.

This Accessibility Audit was conducted by romham gallacher on September 18, 2009 for QMUNITY. It is a work in progress, and as such may be updated from time to time as recommendations are adopted by QMUNITY. If you have any questions, concerns or other feedback about this audit, or are interested in having an audit conducted for your event or organization, please contact me via email. romham gallacher
