We will be holding the workshop: TCO2: Taking Care of Ourselves, Taking Care of Others, presented by youth facilitators from Children of the Street Society. Through the use of various communication tools such as skits, monologues, multimedia and discussion, youth TCO2 facilitators engage youth in a powerful and real conversation about sexual exploitation, sex trade recruitment, exploiters, deglamourizing the sex trade, the role of drugs and alcohol in exploitation, self exploitation online, the role of gangs in sexual exploitation, healthy relationships and self worth. The workshop explores these concepts through 3 main themes: recognizing vulerability, the misuse AND positive uses of power and eliminating barriers for exploited youth, creating and open and safe environment for group interaction and discussion. 7-10pm
