Moving to a new city can feel overwhelming, and having the right information makes all the difference. QMUNITY’s Routes to Roots brings together key services and supports available across Vancouver for 2SLGBTQIA+ youth, newcomers, and community members.


Inside, you’ll find:

  • Settlement services to help with housing, language learning, and community connection.

  • Health and wellness resources, including 2SLGBTQIA+–specific clinics and programs.

  • Education pathways for youth and adults, from public schools to post-secondary options.

  • Community centres, libraries, and arts organizations where people can connect, learn, and thrive.

  • Festivals and cultural events that celebrate queer communities across the city.

  • A spotlight on QMUNITY programs like Gab Youth, Education + Outreach, free counselling, peer support groups, and Western Canada’s largest queer library.
