The essential role played by our volunteers

QMUNITY reached over 43,000 LGBTQ folks in 2014. Volunteers contributed 13,140 hours of work towards this—the equivalent to almost 7 full-time staff. We don't say this lightly:

Volunteers are the lifeblood of our organization.

But there's an essential role every volunteer plays that might not be super evident. Lucas, QMUNITY's Youth Worker, reminded us of it.
